Frankie Graham

Frankie Graham serves as an Optometric Technician and Receptionist at Lumen Eyecare, where she plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. She is passionate about the eye care field because it provides a practical way to improve people’s quality of life through better vision, while also giving her the opportunity to meet and serve individuals from all walks of life.

What Frankie values most about working at Lumen Eyecare is the culture of compassion and connection. She appreciates being part of a team that leads with grace, humility, and genuine care—an environment modeled by Dr. Michael and Dr. Jenessa Lock and reflected throughout the entire practice. For Frankie, it’s a privilege to serve patients in a space where both patients and team members are truly valued.

Outside of the office, Frankie enjoys spending time outdoors, especially during the warmer months. She loves staying active through recreational games, hiking, and exploring nature.
