When you call our office after hours, your call is routed to our trusted partner, Urgent Eye Care. They will:

  • Help assess your symptoms

  • Schedule an appointment

  • Collect a self-pay fee for the visit. 

Note: These emergency visits are not billed through insurance.

After your appointment is scheduled, you’ll be seen at Lumen Eyecare by Dr. Michael Lock or Dr. Jenessa Lock for your in-person evaluation and treatment. We then continue your care with any necessary follow-up.
