Abby Meyer

Abby Meyer is a Patient Care Coordinator and Technician at Lumen Eyecare, where she focuses on creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door. She is passionate about patient care and enjoys being part of a team that works together to support patients throughout their visit.

Abby’s favorite part of her role is the opportunity to help people, whether that’s answering questions, assisting during appointments, or making sure patients feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish.

Outside of the office, Abby is actively involved in her church, where she volunteers weekly in the nursery. Originally from Minnesota, she spent five years living in China before settling in Des Moines. She is also excited to be getting married this August.

In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active outdoors through hiking, walking, and playing pickleball or Spikeball, and going on adventures with friends. She also loves traveling, thrifting, cooking at home, and relaxing with cozy Sundays and football.
