Gorgeous facility, greeted immediately & efficiently, receptionist collected info without a cumbersome clipboard or tablet and offered me an assortment of juices or water, nice gal offered to show me frames while waiting, escorted to state-of-the-art exam room at exact appointment time, thorough testing by multiple machines and professional assistant , very personable and professional doc arrived as soon as tests were complete, conducted refraction tests, showed me results of all tests immediately & explained thoroughly. Linen eye care clinic diagnosed cataracts when I went to the clinic because I was having vision problems. They arranged a consultation with eye surgeons that treat cataracts. The surgery was successful and I went back to Lumen Eyecare for follow up.
I had treatment for mites that was successful but I have dry eyes that I am starting treatments for now. The service is thorough and I really appreciate the complete attention to take care of my old eyes.

My experience at Lumen eye care was as usual a very pleasant one. Dr. Michael Lock was friendly, concerned about my eyes and health, and very professional. He wrote me a prescription to tweak my eyesight slightly to account for astigmatism. While my vision is very good, i look forward to slightly improved vision with new glasses. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the appointment was on time and efficient. I don’t know that I could ask for a better experience.
