Pleasant experience with my eye checkup. Staff was super friendly. They had the latest in eye care equipment and showed me the results right on the spot. Would recommend them to any one. I tried on about twenty pairs of glasses until a coworker came up that had been observing us and went to the back room and found the perfect pair. Lyn and I were extremely well pleased.

My first visit and I was very impressed! The staff was friendly and the doctor was very thorough. I felt welcomed and valued. They have an excellent inventory or designer glasses too. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new optometrist. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Friendly greeting as we walked in, also offered water or another beverage. She did a great job explaining the pre screening process then Dr Lock explained everything thoroughly with the eye exam. I highly recommend Lumen Eyecare!!

I had amazing care while I was there! The gal that helped ring up my glasses was SUPER patient with my indecisiveness and answered every question I had. I got a trial pack of contacts so I can order through them in the future if I like them! I ended up paying less here (with insurance) than I did at my last optometrist (also with the same insurance) and had more advanced testing and more amenities during my visit. 1000/10 recommend.

Staff welcoming and helpful in guiding me to the new office. Dr. Lock explained each part of the exam, clearly explained the findings and provided directions for treatment. The discussion about the cataracts was supportive and informative.
