Lumen Eye Care was amazing. They were able to see me promptly and got me the help I needed. Had I not called my situation probably would have turned out much different, so I highly recommend giving them a call even if you aren't sure.

This was the first visit to Lumen and I was very impressed. It was an easy process to verify that our insurance was accepted, check-in process and the staff was very accommodating and genuine.

Lumen Eyecare is simply the best. The Locks are simply fantastic and so knowledgeable. I truly feel I am well listened to, have experts taking care of my eyes, and the staff are simply so fun and nice. Office is gorgeous!!!! Thank you for such compassionate care as always!!

I'm an Iowa transplant, this is the first place my eye insurance recommended in network, and they're amazing. Since I got quality frames with a nice warranty, my frames got stepped on and demolished by a friend on accident, they replaced the frames at no cost! Also refreshed the lenses for free. Nothing bad to say at all, great practice!

We have absolutely loved our experience at Lumen Eyecare! Every member of the staff is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. We had back-to-back appointments for our whole family, spent nearly two hours in the office, and even ordered several pairs of new glasses—all with several young children in tow. The staff never made us feel rushed and were so patient, welcoming, and caring toward our kids the entire time. Dr. Locke and all the gals in Lumen are so helpful and so kind! Always greeted with a smile, no pressure to buy frames from them, but so very helpful when trying frames on. The girls were great at knowing what frames fit my face shape and size and were great for honest opinions for different frames. Dr. Locke provides great care and is great at explaining my exam results and future care and needs. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing and eye exam!
