Wonderful, friendly place for eye care. Everyone was so nice and I was able to ask questions and felt like I was taken seriously and was not rushed. I highly recommend Lumen.

I had amazing care while I was there! The gal that helped ring up my glasses was SUPER patient with my indecisiveness and answered every question I had. I got a trial pack of contacts so I can order through them in the future if I like them! I ended up paying less here (with insurance) than I did at my last optometrist (also with the same insurance) and had more advanced testing and more amenities during my visit. 1000/10 recommend.

Staff welcoming and helpful in guiding me to the new office. Dr. Lock explained each part of the exam, clearly explained the findings and provided directions for treatment. The discussion about the cataracts was supportive and informative.

Probably the most thorough, and best explanations of service that I’ve ever seen in the medical field. Both doctors took the time to explain what they were looking at, what everything should look like, and put everything is in layman’s terms. Very patient, as well. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Scheduling and rescheduling was incredibly easy, and communication was great throughout the entire process. The exam was very thorough, and they really took the time to make sure my prescription was exactly right. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend!
